If you select bank transfer as your payment method, the information you have to enter will vary depending on your general information.

If you are receiving your payment in the US

  • Enter the name of the account holder as it is shown on your bank statement.
  • Enter your 5 to 17 digit account number.
  • Enter the routing number/branch ID for your bank. ACH/Direct Deposit Routing number has 9 digits.

If you are receiving your payment outside the US

As payments are made in your local currency, you will be able to select the currency of the payment based on your country of residency. Upon selecting the desired currency, you will be able to proceed to enter your banking information. On the following screen you will need to enter the following information:

  • The name of the account holder as it is shown on your bank statement.
  • The necessary identifying information for your bank. This will vary based on your country of residence and may include SWIFT/BIC, IBAN, Agency Code, Institution Number, etc.

Please note that it will not be possible to use a bank that's from a different country than your country of residency, with the exception of EU residents.

Important things to note

  • On the field Name on Bank account, you should use the name of the bank account holder exactly as it is registered with the bank, otherwise the payment may be delayed or returned.
  • It's not necessary to enter the name of the bank, as the routing code allows us to get that information directly.
  • Using invalid general information in order to receive your payment in a specific currency may cause your payment to be returned and may result in the suspension of your Payment Labs account.
  • The routing number used is the ACH/Direct Deposit Routing number, not the wire routing number. Using the wire routing number will cause your payment to return.
