You can get more detailed information from your payment by clicking on the payment in question on your Dashboard. 

Payment status

Here you will see the current status of your payment as well as a timeline and the estimated delivery date for your payment. You can find more information on payment statuses on our help center here.

 

Transaction details

Here you will be able to see detailed information about your payment. The information displayed here will be slightly different depending on your chosen payment method. Please note that not all payment methods are available to all regions.

Transaction details - Bank transfers

If you have selected Bank transfers as your payment method, on the left, you will be able to see a breakdown of your payment:

  1. Payment amount: This is the amount sent by the payor in the payor selected currency.
  2. You receive: This is amount you will receive in the payor currency after withholdings or fees applied.

If your payment had withholdings, fees or currency exchange, you will see the following information here as well :

  • Federal Withholding: This is the amount withheld from your payment due to taxes. 
  • Conversion Rate: This is the exchange rate used on your payment.
  • Converted amount: This is the total amount you will receive in your selected currency.

On the right, you can see the beneficiary and tax details. Here's what they mean:

  1. Beneficiary: This is the name entered on your payout method.
  2. Account: These are the last 4 digits of your account number, as you entered on your payout method.
  3. Payment method: The payment method selected during the account registration.

If your payment had taxes withheld, you would also be able to see here the withholding percentage based on the tax form you submitted during the account registration. You can click "View Form" to see the tax form used for this payment.

 

Transaction details - Prepaid cards

If you have selected a prepaid card as your payment method, on the left, you will be able to see a breakdown of your payment: 

  1. Payment amount: This is the amount sent by the payor in the payor selected currency.
  2. Federal Withholding: This is the amount withheld from your payment due to taxes. You can find more information about this matter here.
  3. You receive: This is amount you will receive in the payor currency after withholdings or fees apply.

On the right, once your prepaid card is ready, you should be able to click "Claim Card" and follow the steps on the screen to claim your prepaid card.

 

Transaction details - Instant Transfer (Debit Card)

If you have selected Instant Transfer (Debit Card) as your payment method, on the left, you will be able to see a breakdown of your payment: 

  1. Payment amount: This is the amount sent by the payor in the payor selected currency.
  2. You receive: This is amount you will receive in the payor currency after withholdings or fees applied.

If your payment had withholdings, fees or currency exchange, you will see the following information here as well :

  • Federal Withholding: This is the amount withheld from your payment due to taxes. 
  • Conversion Rate: This is the exchange rate used on your payment.
  • Converted amount: This is the total amount you will receive in your selected currency.
