After successfully creating your Payment Labs account, you will be able to log in by entering your email and password on the Payment Labs website.

Once you have entered your log in information, you will be prompted to enter a Two-Factor code. This code will be sent to your registered email and you will need to enter it on the Two-Factor code field.

The Two-Factor code will expire after 5 minutes or if you request a new one.

If you can't find the Two-Factor code email
If you have requested a Two-Factor code but are having trouble finding your email, check your Social, Promotions, and Spam folders, or reach out to our support team at support@paymentlabs.io.

Additional tips

Make sure to use the latest code received: if you attempt to log in multiple times, you will receive a code for each attempt. However, only the latest code will be valid.

Keep your Payment Labs tab open: If you close your Payment Labs tab on your browser or mobile device to check your Two-Factor code, you will need to enter your log in details again, which will cause a new Two-Factor code to be sent and will cause the previous one to expire. To avoid this issue, make sure to keep your browser open while you check your emails for your code.

Your Two-Factor code is case sensitive: Make sure to enter the code exactly as you received it. For example, if your code is ABCD-ABCD, then abcd-abcd will not be accepted.
