In order to receive your payments, you will need to create and set up your Payment Labs account.

After you have been added as a payee by your payor, you will receive an email from us inviting you to create your account.

By clicking the Create Account button in the email and registering your password, you will activate your account and gain access to the dashboard.

 

If you can't find the email

If you have been invited to register but are having trouble finding your email, check your Social, Promotions, and Spam folders, or reach out to our support team at support@paymentlabs.io.

 

The link is expired

If your Account creating link is expired, you should have the option to click Resend to have a new invitation submitted to your email address.
